EMPLOYEE BONUS REFERRAL POLICY
Any active employee of Adroit Software, Inc. can refer a candidate
towards an open position at the company.If the candidate is hired and remains on the company’s payroll for a
minimum of three months from the date of hire, the referring employee shall be paid a sum of $500.00 as a
referral bonus. If the hired candidate leaves before a period of three months, voluntarily or through an
involuntary termination, no referral bonus shall be paid.
There is no limit on the number of referrals an employee can make, nor is there a limit
on the number of referral bonuses that can be collected, so long as the criteria laid out by the Employee Bonus Referral Policy are met.
1.IT
Project Manager. Multiple openings. Lead and facilitate project planning
meetings and deployment of multiple projects of varying size, establishing
project plans that ensure alignment of people, processes, technology and coming
up with the roadmaps. Finalize business requirements and manage/review signoff
sessions. Assess and prioritize stories to ensure work focuses on those with
maximum values that are aligned with company’s vision. Coordinate and
collaborate with multiple teams across multiple projects. Provide End-to-end
support during projects. Facilitate daily project check-in status meetings to
understand the progress of work and responds to and manages issues and risks
for multiple projects throughout the project lifecycle. Act as an escalation point
and facilitates resolution of issues related to project or work stream. Gather
relevant information and points of view to make and/or recommend sound
decisions where a project is concerned. Facilitate scrum meetings to ensure
agenda topics are covered; summarizes decisions, open issues, and action items
accurately. Manage multiple priorities and contribute to cross functional
projects throughout the project lifecycle and constantly thinking about how to
connect and communicate across work. Support Product Manager to monitor and
prioritize product backlog items on an ongoing basis to meet the product vision
/ strategy. Work with Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, Adobe Analytics, Mural,
Figma, MS Office. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Master's degree
or equivalent in Computer Science, Electr Engineering, Business Administration,
or a related field (will accept a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of progressive
post baccalaureate experience in lieu of Masters). Must have 1 year experience
(or 1 year experience as Software Engineer, Consultant, Scrum Master, or a
related occupation). Must have 1
year experience leading and facilitating project planning meetings; Managing
issues and risks for multiple projects throughout the project lifecycle;
Finalizing business requirements and managing/reviewing signoff sessions;
Facilitating scrum meetings; Facilitating daily project check-in status meetings.
Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US

2.Principal Software
Engineer. Multiple openings. Lead UI design, development and maintenance
efforts while contributing to full stack development tasks. Develop Micro Front-ends to enable modular and maintainable frontend solutions. Design
visually appealing, responsive UI using frameworks React, Angular, Vue.js.
Create and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless
frontend-backend communication. Perform production deployment activities using
Jenkins, OpenShift and smoke testing methodologies. Design and manage databases
(SQL, NoSQL) to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval. Utilize Git for
source code management and deploy applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure,
GCP). Ensure code quality through comprehensive testing, including unit, integration,
and UI testing. Participate in architecture discussions, design scalable
solutions for growing user bases.
Work with React, Angular, Vue.js, HTML, CSS,
Material Design, jQuery, PL/SQL, JavaScript, Typescript, React, Node.js,
Python, Bootstrap, Java, Maven, RESTful APIs, microservices, SQL, NoSQL,
Database design and management, Git for version control, AWS, Azure, GCP for
deployment and scaling, Unit testing (Jest, Mocha), integration testing, UI
testing (Selenium, Cypress), Oracle, Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code,
IntelliJ IDEA. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Master's degree or
equivalent in Computer Science, Electr Engineering, Information Technology, or
a related field (will accept a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of progressive
post baccalaureate experience in lieu of Masters). Must have 1 year experience
(or 1 year experience as Consultant, UI Developer, Programmer Analyst, or a
related occupation). Must have 1
year experience developing and maintaining applications; creating and
integrating RESTful APIs; working with Angular, HTML, CSS, Material Design,
Java, JavaScript, Typescript, React, jQuery, PL/SQL, SQL, Maven, Git, Oracle,
AWS, Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Bootstrap. Must be willing to
travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice

3. Principal Software Engineer. Multiple openings. Implement and maintain applications and take requests for creating or managing accounts. Develop code using knowledge of relevant technology as per design specifications and document artifacts such as unit test scripts. Conduct impact Analysis and create design specifications. Identify code defects and ensure that the output is as per the given specification technical feasibility analysis. Design applications based on identified architecture and support implementation of design by resolving complex technical issues faced by the IT project team during development, deployment and support. Analyze project briefs, requirements, and deliverables. Work with Java, JavaScript, Spring Boot, AngularJS, JSP, Microservices, RESTful API, IBM ODM, IBM WebSphere, Rest API, SOAP services, Postman, GIT source control, SQL developer, SOAP UI, Insomnia, SonarQube, Jenkins, mRemoteNG, PuTTY, Maven, ANT, Junit, Oracle SQL, Apache Tomcat. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electr Engineering, or a related field (will accept a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of progressive post baccalaureate experience in lieu of Masters). Must have 1 year experience (or 1 year experience as Consultant, Technology Lead, or a related occupation). Must have 1 year experience designing applications based on identified architecture and implementation of design by resolving complex technical issues; developing code; Conducting impact Analysis and creating design specifications; working with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful API, JavaScript, AngularJS, JSP, JUnit, SOAP, SQL developer, Maven, ANT, Oracle SQL.
